What is the best way to reach you?
Calling or texting (805) 263-1553 is the fastest way during open hours (Mon-Fri 9-7 · Sat 10-12 · Sun Open Mat). If you would rather not call, message us on Facebook or Instagram and we will get back to you. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No. Walk in any time during open hours to watch a class, see the mat, or talk to our team. If you want to actually train on your first visit, a quick call ahead lets us put you in the right class.
What should I bring on my first visit?
If you are just watching, nothing. If you are ready to train, wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a water bottle. Training is barefoot on the mat. You do not need a gi to start; your free week covers the trial and we will fit you for a gi if you continue.
Where do I park?
Free private-lot parking is available right at 1407 E. Los Angeles Ave, Unit J. Pull into the lot, park near Unit J, and walk in.
How do I find 805 Combat Sports in Simi Valley?
We are at 1407 E. Los Angeles Ave, Unit J, Simi Valley, CA 93065. Type the address into any navigation app and it will bring you straight to us on E. Los Angeles Ave. Look for Unit J and the 805 Combat Sports signage.
What hours are you open?
Mats run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 AM, Saturday mornings, and Sunday for open mat at 2 PM. Class times vary within those windows. See the full schedule, and follow our Facebook or Instagram for real-time updates.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
Calls during open hours are answered live. Texts and social messages are usually answered within a few hours. Leave a voicemail after hours and we will call back the next day we are open.
Can I tour before signing up?
Any time during open hours, no appointment needed. Walk in, tell us you would like a look around, and we will show you the mat and explain how the programs and the free week work.
