Annual review
We review and update this policy at least once every twelve months, as California law requires.
11. Children's Privacy
Our programs serve children, and we take this seriously.
- Enrolment for anyone under 18 is completed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians provide the child's information; we do not collect it from the child.
- Our website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly permit under-13s to submit forms to us.
- Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if we learn we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

13. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission of website forms and access controls on our CRM. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by California law.
